The Ma Vie Sans Gluten brand has looked into the issue and offers its Lev'Sarrasin which is a gluten-free sourdough that will ferment and allow your preparations (breads, pastries, cakes, etc.) to rise. This gluten-free baking powder can be used with both flour mixes and starches.
